Where we pick up on the Riverside
We cover the Bangkok bank of the river along Charoen Krung Road — Bang Rak, the streets around BTS Saphan Taksin and Sathorn Pier, and up past the Oriental and Si Phraya piers towards Talat Noi and Chinatown. South along Charoen Krung, Asiatique The Riverfront is inside the area too.
We cover the other bank too: Khlong San and the area around ICONSIAM on the Thonburi side are inside our service area.

We pick up from hotels and residences on both banks of the river — for example the Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La, Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, The Peninsula, Millennium Hilton and The River condominium.
At a hotel, the easiest way is to leave your laundry at reception and tell the front desk it's for Washi Laundry. We collect it from there and bring it back the same way.
