This policy explains what personal data Washi Laundry collects, why, and how you can control it. We follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. Who is responsible
Washi Laundry is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us by e-mail or through our contact page.
2. What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, WhatsApp or LINE ID.
- Pickup and delivery details: address, building, room number, map location and any notes you give us.
- Order details: services, number of loads, weight, price, payment status and order history.
- Photos of your bags and items, taken at pickup and at the shop to record their condition.
- Messages you send us, for example on WhatsApp, LINE or by e-mail.
- Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies by Google Analytics.
We do not store card numbers. Card payments are handled directly by our payment provider.
3. Why we use it
- To pick up, wash and deliver your laundry, and contact you about your order (to perform our contract with you).
- To take payment, issue refunds and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation).
- To handle complaints and damage claims (contract and legitimate interest).
- To understand how our website is used and improve it (your consent, given through cookies).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising by others.
4. Who we share it with
- Our staff and delivery riders, only as needed to handle your order.
- Service providers that run our systems: Google (Firebase hosting and database, Google Maps, Google Analytics), Meta (WhatsApp), LINE and our payment provider.
- Authorities, when Thai law requires it.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Thailand. We only use providers with appropriate data protection safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your contact and order details for as long as you use our service and for up to 2 years after your last order, so we can handle claims and recognise you when you order again. Payment and accounting records are kept as long as Thai tax law requires. Photos are deleted once they are no longer needed for an order or claim.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask us to:
- give you access to, or a copy of, your personal data
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your data, or stop or restrict how we use it
- transfer your data to another service
- withdraw any consent you have given, such as for analytics cookies
7. Contact and complaints
To use any of these rights, send us an e-mail. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
